Greg Harris pitched two batters left handed and two right handed in a game. There is a rule in baseball (modern) that requires a pitcher to pitch with the same hand to a single batter. There were several that switch-pitched in the 19th century, and it's been done in bullpens, but Harris is the only one to do it in a game in the modern era.

Yankees at present have Pat Vanditte, who's suited now interior the minors and is an ambidextrous pitcher, with a particular glove he can positioned on on the two hand so he can pitch with the two lefty or righty.

I remember a relief pitcher about 10 - 15 years ago who could. He had a special glove made that he could wear on either hand. I think he played for the Phillies but may have played for other teams too.

Yes. The only "switch pitcher" in MLB history has been Greg Harris. He pitched to four batters in one inning, two pitching with his right arm, two with his left.

I saw a story on ESPN a few weeks ago about an up & coming college player who switch pitches. I don't remember his name.
I don't know if he got drafted.

I don't believe that there ever has been a pitcher to use both.
