okay, so i'm looking for a good white handbag for summer...but i've noticed that a lot of bags are not like a "pure" white, but a chalk white. the chalk white looks fine if i'm wearing colors, but can i do the chalk white bag if i'm wearing a white tank? help!

Well if you watch What Not to Wear they tell you to pair a white shirt with a bright color. If you choose a white handbag then choose to layer with a colorful shirt underneath. Or choose a white with a colorful detail, just so it's not strictly white all over.

That would look just fine, and if you have a problem with it, get another handbag that has a great summer design so you can wear it with a white tank... there is no law that says you can only have one color of handbag! LOL

White on White. No I don't think so. I think a different color would be better. I mean no one would see you on a white sandy beach.
Try a very light blue in the bag, or another color in the soft range.
To buy I would say ebay like everyone else, or the beachwear department of your favortie retail store.

yeah im sure it will look fine because unless you want the bag to blend in with your tank top it will look fine, just dont do a dirty white, thats horrible, stick with chalk white...

I think its fine just maybe have a small colorful design on one side so when you don't want anyony to see the colorful design just hold it the other way.

sure! it's ok to hold anything while ur wearin anything these days.
see, even the models try different looks and then they set fashions. who cares whatcha wearin? if u like it, then everyone else does. n u should like it. coz it's the way u wanna look.
