The tea bags don't have to be frozen, just run them under some cold water for a bit. If the bags are bad, you can get some of that Preperation H stuff and put it there. I know that sounds kinda weird, but if you get a brand new tube and only use it for under your eyes, it will be fine.

You can get rid of existing ones using preparation-H, revolting but true. Get lots of rest and drink plenty of water to prevent them from returning.

I know this sounds weird but really it is'nt. A tried and tested solution is Hemmorhoid cream ( prep-H ) its what all the supermodels swear by. I havent tried this myself but I beleive its the best solution to puffy eyes / dark circles. Good Luck.

sleep well.. 8 hrs. in a day, you can try putting a few drops of rose water, sliced cucumber or cold tea bag also helps

put 2desert spoons in the freezer @in the morning hold them concave over your eyes for 30 seconds it really works I'm 55@ihave no baggy eyes

both of those will work but there are plenty of creams that do better! have a look in superdrug next time you are up town
