I use ibuprofen and heating pads for the cramps. Hot showers, just let the hot water run on your low back and abdomen has helped me too. Although it is counter-intuitive, taking a short walk can alleviate both the cramps and the tiredness. For headaches, if you are already taking the Ibuprofen for the cramps, you can alternate it with Excedrin. The caffeine in the Excedrin seems to really help the headaches at that fun time of month. Don't you get tired of Aunt Flo visiting from Red River Valley and bringing her dog Cramps! lol

Try laying down on your side with a pillow between your knee area, drink water to help flush toxins out of the body, even tho you may have that bloating feeling, and rest up if pain is that uncomfortable. A good check up with your gyn would also be a good idea. Hope that helps, some.

Evening Primrose Oil capsules. You should take them regularly. No stress, smoking or drinking alcohol in the sun either that will give you headaches. Sleep is important, so if you feel tired then have a nap if you can, they are called power naps even 10 Min's can feel like hours!

i believe that if i tell you this... and if you try it... you will be cured of your period pains and all that you mentioned... now you need to go and get yourself a bottle of wincarnis wine... and some ginger, some garlic, two eggs.... and a bit of salt and oil...what you do, you heat the oil up, put the garlic into the heated oil, wait for it to brown... and scramble the eggs up and put it into the oil... stir fry the eggs... and then put in the ginger... while you stir all the ingredients... put a bit of salt into it and then pour a mug and a half of the wincarnis wine into the eggs and all...let it boil .... and then taste it to see if you have enough taste in it... then take it while it is hot...all in..including the ginger... take this twice in a month... for two months.... and i am sure your period pain will be gone... this is a recipe that is used by all my family including my ancestors... best cure.... my ancestors used a different wine but i found that wincarnis is good too

Rub almond oil into your tummy. Be careful to dilute it first as it can burn your skin.
