Just go to courthouse and file for child custody. Now there are two types of custody: Physical and Legal. You need to have at least joint legal custody, which means you can make legal decisions for your child. Now whoever has the physical custody keeps the child. And the other parent earns visitations rights. I do not recommend joint physical custody.

Now when it comes to paternity test, you can request it during the custody case.

Child support is another issue. Once you have the paternity test results and have legal custody of your child, your ex needs to take you to court for child support if she has the physical custody.

You don't even need a lawyer for any of this. If it gets to point where she claims you are an unfit parent or whatever than you can consider to get one. Otherwise don't even waste your money.

Plus whoever files for custody first has the upper hand. Well hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!

Get a lawyer.

Even if the child isn't yours you'll still propably pay child support because most state laws are written so that if you're married to the mother when the kid is born you're the father. A few states have adopted laws to challenge that presumption, Illinois come to mind but many judges are loath to break the established family connection. The connection being the hose siphoning money from your wallet to your ex.

One more time:If she is denying visitation and you think the kid is not yours GET A LAWYER, a GOOD one.

I would immediately search for juridical support - either by an organization supplying support to men in your situation or by a lawyer.

The law is different depending on the country you are living, in the US perhaps also on the state - I don't know.

Don't let things just happen! Perhaps there is a possibility to pay the support into a solicitor's account as long as there is no blood test.

First would contact my lawyer on the visitation thing and let him know what is going on. Then with the blood test, yes you have a link through your blood to his, and it will always show up, the experts know how to do it. She is just trying to play you for stupid.

if you are paying support to your ex you have every right in the world to see your son...if she wants to be difficult all you have to do is file for joint custody of your son...as for the blood test, it will definitely tell you if you are the dad or not...you can request a paternity test through the child support enforcement agency and they usually pay for the test to be done...sounds like your ex is giving you the run around...if you really care about your son, which it sounds like you do, you can get joint custody of him and a paternity test....i would do it if i were you

Get a lawyer, if the courts gave you visitation rights then he has to let you see them. You can have your lawyer get the blood test for you.

Sounds like to me that you are paying for a child that isn't yours. If you want a test,,do it.

Take her to court and get your rights.

We have a world of dead-beat dads and if you want to be a dad, you have the right.
Good Luck!
