I want to get divorce from my husband as soon as possible..how can I? We haven't been married for awhile so is it possible to annul the marriage?

An uncontested divorce can go as fast as one month but if some items become contested it may take longer.

It depends on the length of the marriage. If you go for a divorce and neither of you contest it and there are no children involved it should be pretty quick with the right lawyer working for you. Becareful though, it could take months if you don't stay on their behinds about it.

This all depends on the reasons you are separated or wanting out. Talk to a lawyer and see what your options are here. Why are you wanting out so quickly if i may ask? I really do not know how long this process will take for you. Depends on the circumstances and reasons i believe!

Divorces are never fast, but if you have no children house or bills together it should be quicker. you also have to have grounds for annulment.
