Who is anyone to decide who is overrated/underrated? The wrestlers are only going to be as sucessful/popular as Vince mcMahon wants them to be. To say that these guys have no wrestling skills is retarded because most of them dont. IT'S FAKE PEOPLE. Triple H is considered the cream of the crop by many - WHY? because Vince had him win so many Championships? There are very few "wrestlers" today, they are all actors playing characters. so how can one be overrated and another underrated if your still watching?? Thats the idea.

I do believe you are wrong to an extent. Yes Vince decides who gets the gold but if the public does not accept what Vince decides then he will change to keep his fans and paycheck. This goes back to when Rocky Maivia was total face and the fans could not stand him. well even though Vince wanted him as a good guy the fans didn't like the third generation clean cut all American boy, once he turned heal and developed a character that the fans would hate/love, his career took off. Same as Stone cold. He was as mean and dirty of a heal that has ever wrestled but the fans were cheering him,, so they had to make him face. HHH is Vince's son in law but don't forget that he has busted his azz for almost 20 years to get where he is. Orton will be one of the greats and honestly so will Cena, they are young and need to pay some more dues before they get top billing, this is why most feel they are overrated. Cena needs an image change, the whole white rapper thing is stupid. Orton is on the right path, not to mention he has the best music in wrestling.

Cena and Orton aren't overrated. People are just stupid these days. They come up with stupid things to make others make a big deal out of it. John Cena & Orton are 2 of the greatest wrestlers ever in WWE history, even though I don't like Orton that much.

Dude, it's just an opinion. One can say that person is overrated or whatever and another person not agree with it. I think John Cena got pushed way too fast and Orton comes across as an ungrateful @$$ who's in the company because of his daddy. I don't expect everyone to agree w/me. If everyone liked the same thing, life would be very dull.

I don't know about everyone else, but I rate wrestlers on an overall performance inside and outside the ring. Their interviews, their wrestling ability, fan reaction, and stuff like that. So to answer your question Orton is overrated. As for Cena, his fans that were fans, that now boo him make him look overrated, but he is not.

ppl hate cena cos there are so many wrestlers who deserve to be main eventers and have much better in ring skills and puts on a way better show than cena.
vince is a businessman and he will do wat sells, doesn't matter if hes booed or cheered as long as he is over with the crowd he will be a main eventer,
take da cruiserwts they have gr8 matches but the crowd rarely gets exited, dats why they dont have cw matches so much, same with tag teams if the main guys aren't there ppl don't really react to it,
for the wrestling fan it sux, but most of the fans are marks so even tho cena sux he will get dat title in time for the marine

Orton: ?????????????????
Even though Randy has a BIG attitude, he's still hot. that's what's makes him the BEST wrestler WWE has ever seen.
Cena, on the other sides, has the ability to make his opponents go CRAZY w/ his raps 'bout them. that's why i like him.
The question is "who's better: Orton or Cena?" i think the answer is crystal clear. the answer is Orton.

well most of the wwe superstars DO have wrestling skill. its just that they want more acting and less wrestling skill..and in doing so, is ruining what the actual product is, wrestling. and people like John Cena just plain out have no wrestling skill. and for him to come back after getting his *** handed to him with only 4 moves or 5 moves is bull**** so thats one reason why everybody says he is overrated.

Cena is. he uses the same old moves every match. He's to predictable. Orton mixes it up. People are just jealous of Cena and Orton.

OK so it's FAKE PEOPLE. What about actors like Tom Cruise, Sylvester Stallone etc... I guess we're not allowed to have an opinion whether or not we like them either. Because it's acting.
You usually like/dislike someone in life no matter what facet by their personalities. Wrestlers or actors have different personalities, which may or may not meet the approval of certain people.

Cena is an annoying hack and Orton is a whiney a**hole...hence him getting suspended. And I watch, hoping to see some actual wrestling and interesting plot lines....but with everything in life, some people are just more annoying, whiney and stupid than others
