if u know his or her ip then go to this site and click on search:
http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm

else if u know his or her name until third then go to the place where ppl make there national number then ask the employer there to give u the full info about this person .......

all u will need is to smile and maybe give her a kiss
