You will have to join the American Armed forces and become stationed in France. Unfortunatly, finding a civilan job in France without knowing French is like being in a raging river without a paddle, or a boat! Ther french are not traditionally polite, much less to Americans.

Work in an embassy or military base where your language is spoken. You'll still really need to learn French to get around on a day-to-day basis.
