I mean the worst for the human race in terms of violence, greed, hypocrisy, racism, etc.

Worst in what respect?
Most of then were quite stupid (interbreeding you see...)

That question is unanswerable - there have been plenty of monarchs through history and all over the world who have been bad for their country, as well as good ones.

And would people please research their answers a little before stating what they have "heard" somewhere along the line to be fact: Henry VIII did not kill off all his wives. Only two were beheaded, Anne Boleyn and Katherine Howard. Mary Tudor, "Bloody Mary", rightfully came to the throne after the death of her young brother, Edward VI.

His sister Mary took power after his death, which was under suspicious circumstances. She was known as Bloody Mary because she heavily persecuted Protestants.
