Where can I find a good graphics card (at a low price) without downloading it. (That didn't work out to well.) Also, if it could have at least 1.1 pixel shader capability.....that'd be great. I need it to play Black & White 2 you see.

ok. i give up..how would you download a graphics card to begin with? Last time i checked, graphics cards were hardware not software.
And how do you define low price? Everyone's definition is a bit different. You are better off sticking with a name brand card like nvidia or ATI

The last I knew, it was impossible download a graphics card....hmmm.... things must have changed overnight.
Anyway, the best graphics cards brands are by far ATI and nVidia, which you can get at about any retail or online computer store. Personally, I bought my ATI graphics card online at directron.com, which has very low prices. The best of luck.
