I am adopted! I want to know who my birth mom is! I never asked my parents that I am living with that I want to know who she is! How should I ask them about her? All I know that she had me when she was a teen ager! Can some one help me on how I should ask my parents!

I don't know what your parents' personalities are like, but I'm sure they will understand your natural curiosity. I would think that as long as you let them know how important they are to you and that you love them and consider them your parents no matter what, it will help them feel secure in your relationship [although they probably already do :-) ]. Just explain that you feel a tremendous void by not knowing your biological background/history and that you have a curiosity/need to know about your birth mother. You aren't rejecting your parents, you are just searching for some missing puzzle pieces in your life. Good luck!

Start off by saying something like this...
As I get older, I have a desire to know my past/history and this includes knowing who my birth mother is. By me wanting to know who my biological mother is does not take anything away from you, my parents. I really appreciate everything that you have done and invested in me. I will forever love you for that.

Just ask them.
Let them know you love them and that finding and meeting her will not change that, and ask them if they have any information about her that'll help you find her.
They've probably been waiting for you to ask.
Just be ready for anything though, they may not be helpful because they fear they'll lose you to her, or she may not want to be found.

Just let them know... They will understand and you will find out the truth. Now sometimes the truth hurts, so be very careful of what you want to find out. God Bless

just tell ur parents u have something important u want to talk to them about and then explain everything to them.

you slow down with them just afew questions if you are having white or red color and they are abit having different color so just tried to say why i'm having different color so if the are truthful people or perents to you they will just start to relate where you come from and how comes the brought you up.
