What do you include in thinking notes?

I have to do some thinking notes for homework. I forgot my book at school that tells me what to include. Like what do I have to include. One is the facts about plot, setting, and characters. Another one is Questions about the plot, setting, and characters. What else do I have to include?

well you should include the key points and words that may jump out an catch your attenion like if you get stuck on a word that you dont understand so write it down and use context clues to help you. you never know what your writting down may even be on one of your test.
