Oh, I know the Sunday Blues... And I have recently found the remedy: I try to organize meet-ups and dinner invitations for Monday and Tuesday nights now. That way I look forward to the new week, sometimes I can't wait for Sunday to pass because I want to meet my friends asap.

Ok, yes, I am only fooling myself, but then again, if that doesn't work for you, you might want to take a look at the reasons why you don't like your work and change employment?

Keep yourself busy. Start a Sunday afternoon, lunch with your friends everyweek. Join the gym. Join a program of interest. Great time to visit family. Take up a hobby that you love and only do on Sunday's. Good luck with the blues.

Go out really late Saturday, so you sleep through most of Sunday. Then when you do wake up, have quick sex with the stranger you brought home last night, and then prompltly kick them out. Now pop a few pills, do a few lines, make a bloody mary and a grilled cheese sandwich, and watch the Cartoon Network. Then take a nap. wWhen you wake up again, take a shower, call some friends and head out Night Clubbing and drink as much as possible, stumble home and pass out. Monday morning go to work.

See, its easy!!!

I always plan something fun for Sunday afternoon, after recovering from Sunday lunch that is. It helps to remind me that the weekend isn't over yet

Please! Nothing is as worse as the Monday blues! I had a sh*tty Monday today, I turned up at the wrong court, when I got to the right court the barrister was a moody b*tch with a little too much attitude and then the client arrived two hours late ...

I can safely say I hate Mondays!

I have come to realize that there is nothing we can do to stop this, trust me I know the feeling. Time is not standing still for us. So just put your mind on going to work, and know that Friday is coming in four days. The circle just keeps going on, you can make the best of it, just know that you are there for a purpose, have a positive attitude!!Friday would be here soon!!!

There would probably be less Sunday blues, if more people could set aside Sunday as a day of rest.

My advice to you, try to make Sunday as quiet and peaceful as possible...

You should be happy that you don't have to deal with Monday yet. Get out and enjoy yourself and stop worrying about Monday.

Oh here in Britain it's 1:10pm Monday 19th and Monday's not been so bad!
