Usually it's when schools or work let u wear what u want intstead of a uniform or a shirt and tie, etc

casual friday is the day when you get up 2 pm in the afternoon .... watch tv the rest of the day till 9 pm, have fun in the disc then till 2 am in the night....and go off to sleep with 9 women around you!!!!!!!!!

A lot of businesses have this. It's when you normally dress office wear Monday thru Thursday and on Friday you can dress "down" -- like wear jeans.
