I would recommend that that you read the King James version of the Bible. It contains the answers to your questions.
God the Father knew you before you we born in eternity past and when you were formed in your mother womb. We are born with a Soul that will live for eternity. We must decide as a free will agent to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior or not.
Our decision determines whether we spend eternity in Heaven or Hell.
I Pray that you make the right decision.
Jesus Christ Loves You.
God Bless you is my prayer.
David

Firstly, ignoring the Verse and Chapter we first had, its been a human obsession to make our lives more comfortable, and rightly so. However, the world isnt overcrowded, its where the resources are going that matters. Just a fact of the top of my head, a quater of the worlds energy is used by Americans, who make up less then an 8th of the world population. The western world uses up more energy in a day then the rest of the world, excluding china, does in a year. Many countries just dont have the resources to look after their own people due to our western greed/security etc. basically, we want to live longer then 30 and enjoy long, happy lives

Very good question , but I think time and money should be spent on prolonging life, esp' as I am an old far*!
However I would like to see this supplemented by enforced birth control , I do not consider 'pumping out' children to be any asset to the world at all!! A limit should be agreed I cant see any benefit to anyone having an extra large family, esp' if I have to pay them benefits, if they cant be paid for by the parents, then don't have them!!

True, and why do people (especially celebs) want more than two kids. When they just hire people to look after them.
As for me I'd be happy to go (die) around 70, (earlier if I was really ill) as long as my kids were happy in their lives before I went.

At last someone else who agrees with me!!! I truly believe that whilst all this disease is very sad it is natures way of dealing with over population. Nature is totally underestimated and although we can try and fight death as much as possible i am sure nature will just keep trying to combat it.
