so its your mistake because you should teach them when they are still young. they say if you want to cut down a tree you have do it when is still young because when it big and hard it will be a problem because it will take alot of time so as a mother just teach them every day if they are not doing to change you will be the one to blame, so face and do it?they should learn to respect .and some time learn also to listen to them too and let them know when to discuss and when its time to shut up.show them where there things supposed to be.so do it now before it too late?

You need to start being firm with your kids, they are stampeding over you like a herd of wild horses. Tell them you are going to be using the room, to get what they want from it now, and then go play in the living room or something, because they are forbidden to come back in till you come out and tell them. If they do the first few times discipline them with time outs in the corner or by taking away privileges such as weekly pocket money, friends coming over, or them going to a friends house, etc etc.
And make sure if you say no friends over you mean it and don't get weak and after they whine for a bit give in, because then they will know they can get away with it by playing up to you.

Ok I guess you can't move their stuff elsewhere? Then maybe you could talk to them, tell them that you need your rest also and that they can take 5 or 10 items with them to play outside or on the porch or where ever they play and that they would have to do with that for an hour or two, so you can have time for yourself.

Well, they need thier privacy also. If you can't provide thier specific place, you have to live with it. It is obvious parents have to control thier emotions and see what kids need really. If you can't, you will loose your attachment slowely. Remenber, you can't teach them, if you don't find thier requirements properly
