everytime i try, i receive this message " This request was refused."
what do i do?

it is likely someone blocked your account, it happens mostly .. when someone blocks it.. and after some days or weeks or may be for long .. it get locked.. but hope and wait if your account is locked. that the person can unlock it.
I faced the same problem sometimes.. may be other reason your internet speed slow or just ROOM full. :)

yea its bcuz u're under 18 ...if u're really interested in going to chat rooms then open another account with ur age above 18
