Has anyone made a DVD that syncronises Dark Side of the Moon with The Wizard of Oz so that it can be watched without having to press play carefully?

YES! There is a VHS tape that synchronizes the album and the movie. It is called the Dark Side Of The Rainbow. It is very hard to find.

The synchronisation of Dark Side Of The Moon to The Wizard Of Oz is as much of a muso's urban legend as Bob Holness of Blockbusters fame playing the sax break on Baker Street. Thus it'd be kind of pointless to produce a DVD which did so.....

I'm not sure how that would work.... I watched the movie and played the cd about a year ago and I had to start the movie and restart at certain points in the cd.... seems like people are making them fit together how they want to. only thing I saw was on the cd where he says "balance on the biggest wave" Dorothy is balancing on a fence. I think it's a bit of a stretch....

Yes I have a copy....I got the completed film ( Movie and Album) from the internet and burnt it to a disk myself..Its actually very good and really really spooky. Unfirtunatly the actual album by floyd is not as long as the movie so it kinda stops half way throught the film.Other than that its very very clever...wait till you see the nasty woman on the bike going to collect Toto (?) and the clocks track kicks in !! Its in perfect syncronicity with her riding the bike..amazing

i've heard of this but not sure if there's an actual cd out there. I've heard some people say it works and some say it doesn't. I'm sure that an extra hit of acid would help the process right along though

Well, if youre like me and don't have that, I got a tip from a friend that you just start it at the MGM title slide with the lion roaring, and it worked.

No, but my brother, years ago, synchronised a track from THE WALL with the final scene in CASABLANCA.
It came out great.
