how do i find this number if i don't have a checking account? I only have a savings account.

A routing number is the numerical identifier for your bank. If you have traditional paper checks, the routing number appears on the bottom left left hand corner of your check. The next series of digits is your bank account number.
Each bank has a unique routing number associated with it

It is usually a 9 digit number. If you look at the bottom of one of your checks there will be 2 sets of numbers. One set will be your account number and the other set will be the routing number

first set of numbers on the bottom of your check is the routing number, 2nd set is ur account number. 3rd set of numbers is the check number.

after u get your statement from the bank, the last set is the amount of the check.

A routing number is the bank's code. It tells merchants (and other banks) where to direct the $$ to or take the $$ from.
