In addition to nun's good answer, you also need to turn pop-ups off from any security program that includes a firewall. For example, I've got one of Norton's security thingy's and I've got to remember to tell it as well as my Firefox browser to either allow pop-ups from a specific site, or just turn off the blocker completely. Not too sure about having to reboot tho;, 'cos I reckon that would just reset your popup blocker to the default setting of on. But it might depend on the software you're using, so try and experiment (albeit a tad time-consuming) and see what happens. You'll crack it eventually, with patience and perseverance.

Hi there,
Your Browser must be blocking PopUps with its settings or using some tollbar which u might have Installed like Yahoo, Gmail or Rediff..
So, On that Toolbar or Browser setting give it like Dont Block PopUps
Or, If you know the link which opens the PopUp then Hold CTRL key while clicking the link then it will open the PopUp...
Cheers

if you're using IE, you should be able to right-click that message box and then choose "Always allow pop-ups for this site." Firefox has an Options button in that same info box that will give you the option "Allow popups for <>."
