You might be overdoing things, like working to many long hours and then coming home and doing a bunch more work. You may not be getting enough sleep or you might have a thyroid problem.
Also you might have chronic fatugue syndrome. Either way you should see a doctor - there are treatments and tests to determine and help you,

Your diet is lacking in essential oils that are derived from whole grain foods, like brown rice, whole wheat, soy and others. These oils are responsible for your cellular effeciency and permeability, i.e. reception of nutrients and removal of wastes. Increase on whole grain intake and you may add Aloe vera juice if you can.

If you smoke, drink alcohol, never work out and eat garbage all the time, you'll feel the way you do. You might want to consider changing some life habits.

Ask yourself these questions.... are you eating right,,, do you eat the right kinds of foods... Do you have something that you crave to eat,,,
If so,, hopefully your not pregnant,,but you may have a vitamine defiencey... try taking b-12...... it helps boost you... if not see the doctor....

incase u r a smoker,it may b definitely bcoz of smoking. otherwise it may b bcoz of vit c defficiency caused due 2 some other reason.
