I didn't show with my son until I was 5 months. I'm pregnant again and I showed as soon as I confirmed the pregnancy. My mother didn't show at all and she had three kids. I was over 8lbs and she only gained 15lbs and wore my dad's clothes. Be patient and enjoy normal clothes.

i was 7 months before i started showing with my first child. i went to bed wearing my everyday clothes. woke up and had a tummy.
my husband said look he said here i am look at me. that day nothing fit and i finally got to wear those house maternity clothes we bought. ugly things that they were 8 years ago. my second pregnancy was i was like four months pregnant when i started showing. i think it depends on the person. believe me when i say this. being little for as long as you can makes for a more comfortable pregnancy. with my first i never got to that stage where i just wanted him out. but recently with my daughter i was like god get her out i was begging to induce at 37 weeks. the day the dr was going to decide when to induce i had her thank god 38 wks 1 day.
