what have you done to make them so sore? If you have some kind of new injury, put ice on them. a hot soak is good for old injuries. A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) like Ibuprofen is good for relieving pain from swelling

Soak them for certain, put your feet up and give them a rest, maybe even hit someone up for a nice foot massage.

Give those puppies a bath in epsome salts, then relax with them elevated for a while. That should really help you out.

If the pain continues you may want to see your doctor.

IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE TO MASSAGE YOUR FEET FOR A BIT THEM SOAK THEM YOU MIGHT FEEL A BIT MORE COMFORTABLE GOOD LUCK
