Viagra is a prescription drug that is taking before intercourse to enhance a males private part. Your second question requires counseling. I know one of my friends that got a divorce over it. Taken away their computer would help but if he is addicted then counseling is what he needs. He is missing something in his life that causes him to fill his life with such things. Maybe giving him projects and spending time with him would limit him and maybe he will stop doing so much. Psychology.

actually viagra first started as a drug to improve blood pressure for patients with low blood pressure.... interestingly one of the side effects was noticed to be that of the patient getting aroused or havin an erection... so now its promoted as a drug to combat impotency ... it cannot be used by patients having high blood pressure...
