Put some oil (baby oil smells the nicest) onto some cotton wool and wipe them over with that

Baby oil is the best thing for getting the gel off your legs after waxing, then apply a nice softening replenishing balm over the top and leave for an hour. This prevents the red rash the sometimes comes up as a result of waxing.

Try Avon Skin So Soft for good prices too

If it is the residue from the strips, such as from veet home waxing, fold the strip over and use the back. Be sure to rub firmly to heat the wax up so that it can bind to the skin.

You can use rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover or witch hazel. Though these may sting after waxing. I would suggest a dish detergent that is good on grease with a textured washcloth. Then moisturize after. Good luck!
