What you would have is HNO3 + NaOH suspended in H2O. The reaction between HNO3 and NaOH would give you sodium nitrate, which is a preservative in meats and other products. You'll have to make your own judgment call on what concentration of sodium nitrate you'd like to consume, but chances are that each of us consumes it every day. Just do it in moderation.

i wouldnt, but i guess it would depend on the concentrations of the chemicals as to if it is extremely harmful or not.
