Yes of course, giving to good people helps them to be a better person n by giving love to bad people could change their lifestyle to be better.Love can change a lot of things, From bad to good n from good to bad.

I don't believe in the concept of good and bad, so can't directly answer your question, but I'd like you to consider the possibility that bad people don't exist and that your judging them as bad is what makes them bad in your eyes. It's not happening to you! Its coming from you!! It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That saying applies to more charachteristics than just beauty. I try to but there are a couple of people who the only emotion I feel for them is hate, it's terrible I know, but they don't deserve anybodies love.
