well someone told mi that there is a country where people only die while there is no new generation given birth there.well if such a country is there then which country is that?
and if there is such a country ,will this country one day get lost couse for a country to exist then youngones have to bi given birth?

It's statistically improbable that a country could operate on such terms. I think perhaps what your friend meant is there are societies in the world where when someone dies, a new couple copulate and prepare to bring a new being to life. This is a spiritual practice as much as a population control mechansim, as they believe that the spirit of the person who died is reborn into the new addition to the society. Such practices are common in tribes and colonies that choose to maintain the prehistoric way of life, such as those living in the amazon, the congo and the himalayas.

I am not totally sure, but perhaps your friend was referring to the Vatican - which is considered to be a country. I think that most of the people who live there are connected to The church, and only live within the Vatican because of their jobs. I don't think anyone is actually born here.
People move in and out, so the population remains constant.
