Sugar is used by the body during many of life's processes. It is just another chemical that exists in food and is used by the body. A diabetic is not making enough of the chemical that the body uses to control sugar use, called insulin. The level of sugar goes out of control and can cause diseases shock, coma and death. The diabetic has to control the level of sugar be regular eating habits and blood monitoring. When needed they can take insulin to help control blood sugar.

Everything he eats become sugary stuff, because non-working of pancreas. When any part of the body stops working for some reason, you have either to control from outside or manage unnaturally. Law of nature: Be natural or become unnatural.

diabetes is a sugar (glucose) dependent disease. it occurs due to lack of secretion of pancreas from the islets of Langerhans or due to the lack of response of the pancreas. so any glucose rich stuff is likely to affect the homeostasis and there by manifesting its effects.

Their pancreas won't process the sugar because they don't have insulin.
