going for arts side in junior college. any suggestions????

If you are an Indian you could try in good colleges in Delhi like Lady Shri Ram,Miranda House ,Indraprasth,Guru Gobind ,etc. but you need really good % in your HSC something more than 90%. If you aren't that bright a student then try colleges in Maharashtra , Kolkata.........and Banglore,which is the best for higher education.
