The book is called '城南旧事'(cheng nan jiu shi).I read the first 20 pages or so,but it's very difficult to read,and rather hard to understand....It's not for a project or anything.
Could someone just briefly tell me what the book is about/a brief summary of the book?I appreciate it.Thank you :)

Hehe,Chinese is my second language by the way^^"It's compulsary to have a second language in Singapore.Either Malay, Tamil or Chinese...My Chinese isn't too good though......... :(

The book name's up there and the author is 'lin hai yin'.(林海音).

Atleast you can read Chinese.
Still proud to be Chinese though.
