i allowed her but then she told me its a guy here in yahoo answers so how can she.. now im getting mad about this guy too.. but whats worse.. my girlfriend really wants to kill him even if shes going out to find him and kill him.. what to do?

Somewhere along the line someone wants to kill somebody here on answers because of rudeness, violation, reporting them, stupid answers, stupid questions. Tell her to do what we all do when you get those feelings come off the computer and do something different. Wow she has serious problems, dump her. I would let the cops know about what she is planning on doing. Because if she is serious and actually goes though with it and they find out you knew and didn't tell, not good. All threats to kill some one should be taken seriously and told to the police. I wouldn't waist time in telling neither. She has major problems and needs to be stopped in her tracks.

This sounds made up, but on the off-chance it isn't, this should be reported immediately. Hypothetically speaking, if you know about her premeditated plans to kill someone, & she were actually on some off chance able to do it, you could be charged with conspiracy to commit murder, & she would be charged with first-degree murder. In a situation like this, someone like this would need to be reported even if she can't really harm the potential victim because she would be in need of psychological evaluation & treatment. Hopefully, this is a joke post, but I have heard of such things happening, & someone in your position wouldn't want to end up in prison simply for failing to act.
