Well at least for 7 nihgt s :0) I wake up and go wow, I love this shape, than by evening I'm like uhh It's all fallen apart. Even when I forget to eat this happens.. Is it gravity?

when you sleep, you actually "grow" about an inch because the cartilage between your vertebre in your spine stretch out..so you're actually stretched longer than you are after you've been up and around for the day.

I have the same thing..in the morning I'm always like 4-5 pounds less..but as soon as I eat, it all comes back. It's so annoying. I don't know how to make it stop, but I do know that I relate!

It's water gain/loss, and you always retain more fluid in the evenings.
