Not including equipment such as proxy servers, firewalls, or other aids (other softwear). JUST the browser messured up against other browsers.

I understand that the gov can still spy on me no matter what browser I use, I am asking a browser spesific Q though... ok. B/c some gov activity rellies on browser volerablity that's why I'm asking.

You have a lot of spelling mistake.

I think opera and firefox are equally secure.

Because FireFox is all open source, there shouldn't be any hidden back doors etc. but by the same token, because it is open source, if there is a way to exploit it, it'd be easier to find because the source code is readily available.
personally, I use Netscape, but then again I don't do anything the government would be interested in anyway.

If the government wanted to spy on you (and chances are they wouldn't; you're not that interesting!), they would either wiretap your Internet connection, thus removing the browser from the equation, or they would install some sort of monitoring software on your PC, thus negating any security measures that exist in the browser.

So. to answer your question: there isn't one.
