Break up with her. She doesn't derserve you treating her like that. she shouldn't stay with you if she knows about it because you would do it again or just continue to do it.
it's also not fair to the girls you are stringing along that probably have no clue what you're up to.
i hope she isn't active with you, you're putting her in a very unhealthy position. You better tell her why you need to break up with her, because she needs to go to the doctor, it may save her life if you've passed something on to her.
You're cheating and yes you should feel guilty.

no offense! u should be ASHAME of yourself. you should infact feel GUILTY for your actions. imagined if you were in her position..when she's gone out having fun with other guys and you knowing nothing. u are not considerate whatsoever about her feelings and worst of all you DO NOT respect her.seriously, wake up...if you don't love her enough, you should have end the relationship with her long ago and stop wasting her time and effort and this could safe you from hurting her more. maybe you should just end it now. if u do not want to end it, tell her the truth!
