It is a source of productivity of knowledge based creations both through internet & system softwares.
It is also a source of entertainment through internet.

Both. I use it for entertainment on the weekends, and am glued to my keyboard all week at work. I build web pages which is half work, half entertainment, I also install & troubleshoot software and remove spyware and viruses from computers as a second job.

It use to be more entertainment (would google things just for the heck of it to learn more about it, and then surf unknown links LOL... I also use to love chat rooms), but then I grew out of that...
now it's more productivity (even though I still do have fun).
