Sleep whatever way it's comfy for you off that shoulder blade would be good but don't worry too much about it it's not going to just rub off :l)

you'll probably want to make sure it's in plastic the first few nights..it's okay if you sleep on it..it's not going to rub off or anything. I got a tattoo on my shoulder, and I didn't sleep on it the first night or so..then I ended up rolling onto it without even noticing. if it feels uncomfortable, just don't lay on it at first. :)

either on your stomach or on your side. depending on how large the tat is. but dont worry if you happen to roll over in the middle of the night you will be fine. you just might get ink on whatever shirt you sleep in.

I slept on my side or put some ointment on it and a gauze patch then a t shirt on.
