20 years. i'm blessed with dry skin on my legs and visible hairs dont grow. :)
but my friends go waxing and it works. it takes a longer time for the hairs to grow back. shaving with a razor is the worst. some hair removing creams work, but waxing is still tops.

Try waxing instead of shaving. Hair takes longer (1 to 2 weeks) to grow back.

Well, three days before it starts to show. But they feel uncomfortable after one. But I have quite dark hair and pale skin - lighter haired, tanned girls could probably go longer.
