The real you that is fighting with you to listen. It is the inner voice. You can hear it if you listen and you can feel it because two voices talk inside. The outer you, and the spirit you.
I wish some were brave enough to listen to the real you. They'd surprise themselves and achieve greatness beyond their imagination. They can touch the universe by closing their eyes. They can fly and be somewhere and visualise their dreams as it takes them there.
Whether they have the courage to listen to their inner voice, that brave spirit is a different matter. But sit quietly for a moment. Switch everything off and you'll hear the negative voice which is the outer you and the inner voice which is always fighting.
That's why I say, there is no fight, there is no ring or corner. There is you. You either conquer or be conquered. Listen to your spirit and it will help you and guide you.

Energy that is contained. Like molecules, only they can't be read by our equipment (not yet anyway).
