why do we get scared even when we havent done something wrong?

since we would never do that something, we reinforce that with associating how it would feel if we did it. that would be feeling would be a reminder about how bad it is & that never to do such thing.

if you get scared after you have done something wrong, then you are scared of an outcome of a condition/event which may result in something that is not meeting your expectation (reason to be scared). think about your expectation, hope, etc... and be realistics about it. do lots of contemplation on things that scare you the most.

Because we are human and that means being dominant and submissive at different times. It is also because we as humans always feel like at least once in our lives someone has treated us unfairly. It feels horrible to be telling the truth and still not believed truthful. I think we are scared because we can not communicate our good intentions and after all it's not like we have halos' or horns on our heads....so we have to communicate
and that is sometimes very, very hard.

ever wanted to do the right thing when the majority wanted to do wrong
ever let history take it's course, and then had to deal with the consequences.

After a while, we get a little gun shy of the matter.
