What planet are you on? Teams NEVER lose 9 wickets without scoring a single run and only occasionally score more than 300 runs in the 4th innings of a match to win.
In 2005, I recall Middlesex (where I'm a life member) beating Glamorgan by scoring 408 in the 4th innings, but then slipping from 45-0 to 48-7 in a match against Sussex about two months later.
Considering that teams regularly get well over 300 runs in the first three innings of games, you would expect it to be more common than it actually is for totals like 300 or more to be successfully chased in the 4th innings.

I don't know that such situation can occur in game of cricket. But if such thing occur than it is definitely hard work of that two batsman nothing else. And over confidence of opposite team bowlers.
