If you are using yahoo, hotmail and other free email providers then spam mails (without address and subject) will not be delivered straight to your inbox instead they will be thrown to the Junk mail (Hotmail) or the Bulk mail (yahoo) folder cos, these people use very sensitive filters.
Now, incase you are using your own email account like you@yourdomainname.com. Then you need to consult with your hosting provider for this one and they need to fix this up in their mail server for any whitelists. Supposing, if you have configured your mail account to recieve mails from your website's contact form then it is tough stopping them but, you can write rules to stop the mails with no address, no subject etc.

I've been getting them too, they started last week. They are all going to my bulk folder, so I just delete them. I also received three of the yahoo virus emails with the subject line 'new graphics site'. I had already read an article on a security website about this and marked them as spam, even though I would not have opened them regardless.
Just mark all the crap emails as spam and eventually they will get sent to bulk mail.

Are you Using Outlook Express???? Thats easy.
Effectivly, you block E-Mail that does not contain '@' in the 'From' line. Read this carefully.....
Tools>Message Rules>Mail>Mail Rules In New Mail Rule, check 'Where the From Line Contains People', and the action.... Delete It. Now, you should have 'Contains People' in blue. Click on it, Type '@' in the line at the top. and ADD THEN in 'Options', you need to select 'Message does not contain'
close etc.
