I know you will disagree with my picks, but so far the good players have been:
1. Shaka Hislop: Kept a clean sheet against Sweden and for 84 minutes against England. When you consider how big an underdog Trididad & Tobago is, and how many shots he's had hit against him, he's done incredibly well.
2. Augustin Delgado: 2 goals scored by the Ecuadorian striker, in 2 matches, for 2 wins. They have been a revelation in the World Cup and are already guaranteed a 2nd round berth (their best ever finish).
3. Javier Saviola: Been class in both wins, especially the 6-0 THRASHING of Serbia/Montenegro. Saviola wasnt expected to start for Argentina this world cup, thank god for them he did. Alot of the team has played well in their matches, but Saviola's been the best over 2 World Cup games. I THINK HE'S BEEN THE BEST SO FAR OVERALL
Honerable mentions: Valencia (Ecuador), Lucas Neill (Australia), Villa/Torres (Spain), Park Ji Sung (Korea) and Robben (Holland)
