Learn HTML first. Then move on up to the different languages that are available.

Definitely not. Not because of PHP but because if you bang on just one you will become obsolete very quickly. Work on a couple of them at the same time. Get yourself comfortable with at least 1-2 databases, 1 backend scripting language (e.g. Java, .NET, PHP) ... and everything you need for front end including HTML, Javascript, CSS.

Well there is money to be made off it, so in a quick answer, sure why not. LOL in a long answer no because it is an open code so most things you do that are being charged for, others are finding free ways to do it. HTML or Java script will yield you more income because they are more widely used (because of the the entry level websites).

Yes any scripting language is lucrative right now... (in terms of money).
PHP is a script... so there ya go...
Get a degree (or learn on your own) in Web Design / Internet Technologies. That'll teach ya scripts and other code stuff like HTML of course
