I'm very interested in operationg an unlicensed radio station, in my neighborhood, which I'm told is permitted, by the F.C.C. as long as certain power limitations are not exceeded. I Need to find out exactly how much power I can transmit with a "Low Power" FM radio station and still remain legal, and how large of an area can I reasonably expect to cover, with a good solid signal?

I suggest you contact the FCC and ask, because the laws restricting FM radio stations are very strict (more than just power usage limitations).
