ok first off you need to wear boxers if you haven't already. Most women are on a 28 day cycle. the first day starts the day she gets her period. Have sex from the 10th day to the 18th day to make sure you had sex when she ovulated. Most women ovulate on the 14th day but it varies. Also she can't clean up after sex. sounds nasty I know but this is what my husband and I had to do. I waited about 45 min after to clean up. Also she should have an orgasim the same time you do. It helps "suck" the sperm in. You both should cut down on caffiene and smoking. Your wife should take prenatal vitamins. Try to reduce your stress. The more you stress about it the less likely it is to happen. I know its hard but I have heard a lot of couples say as soon as they gave up they got pregnant. Heard of a lot of people adopting and then they got pregnant. So stress has a lot to do with it. Just remember sex everyday from the 10th day till the 18th day. Also there are ovulating kits out there. You can get them at any store it will help your wife find out when she is going to ovulate. I opted for the sex everyday. More fun.
Good luck and hope this helps

You need to see a physician, so physical causes can be ruled out. Check with a doctor that specializes in fertility treatment. DON'T listen to any of the quackery ads that promise the moon for "pennies a day". If you're not taking a vitamin supplement for men, get started. It couldn't hurt.
