for a good cause, only if they're babies. yes, because if we dont cut tip off penis, there will have skin cover the penis itself, when getting older, they will have some inflection problem in the future. because when they exercise and sweaty, the tip inside skin become mold, cheese likey. would be hard to pee. acturally it's an jewish tradional to cut the tip off by an priest. if that guys are already older than 5, if adult. go for plastic surgery.
