There are ways of predicting what may happen in the future. Like Tarot (which I study), it is one of the most accurate and confusing ways of "fortune-telling"
There is also dream interpretation, which for me is the most accurate of anything I've tried so far. I have The Dreamer's Dictionary written by Lady Stearn Robinson and Tom Corbett, and it has been right on the money, everytime! But this is only accurate if you can remember your dreams.
There are also things like Runes, Cardomancy, I-Ching, I'm not as familiar with those, although I do dabble with them on occasion.

If you want an accurate interpretation of what can happen in your future, then I recommend a tarot reading, and I don't mean those hoaky tarot hot-lines or whatever there called today. All they are for, is keeping you online long enough to make money off of you.
I mean go to an experienced tarot reader, but when you go there are a few things to consider.
1. If you don't believe in it, don't bother with it, because it won't work for you.
2. if your confused about what you want to know, then go another time, because the cards won't necessarily answer the question you pose to them, sometimes they'll tell of something that might be more important for you to consider. And that will be confusing.

Hope this helps and hope I haven't confused you too much.

No... the future is plastic. Knowing the future would allow you to change it... then it wouldn't be the future anymore.

Probable futures based on past and present activity can possibly be predicted... BUT there's always the chance that change and new choices could be made.... again negating the prediction.

You can make informed guesses about some things in the future using patterns in history, a good knowledge of current politics, a good understanding of psychology and by paying attention to meteorologists and other scientists who have an idea of what changes may appear in the natural world soon. Though I think this may be forecasting rather than predicting.

YES YES YES.
If your place of birth , date of birth and exact time of birth to the hour, minute , second are known horoscopes can be cast and it can also be cross checked for course correction based on happening of important events in your life and thereafter they can predict your future.
My fathers death was predicted to the last minute.
My acquisition of a house with a well and a coconut tree at my house was predicted to me by ojho board almost ten years ahead when I was practising it.
But normally even the best of astrologers never tell you or predict your time of death or specific accidents openly but they indirectly
help you to manage the situation.
I am aware of a case where an astrologer stopped some one from undertaking his flight at the last minute by proclaiming it as an order not to be questioned or explained and that flight fell into sea and all died.
Another astrologer stopped some one from undertaking a foreign trip by requesting him to postpone by a week and within that period the person had a heart attack and expired. The astrologer knew about it but he could not avert the death except to ensure that the person died at his home and not at an unknown place.

It is customary amongst astrologers to with hold certain information and to help ward off certain accidents .By such preventive actions a serious accident is reduced to an accident of no serious consequences.

While I believe that some people have been anointed by the Holy Spirit to prophecise what He wants them to prophecise, I think that the fortune tellers and the like are hoaxes because if they really could tell the future, then why aren't they going in Lotto, or the hourse races like the Melbourne Cup and raking in millions?

Yes. The Bible is full of prophecies fulfilled. Modern day prophets chosen by God often for-tell of things to come and have been proved right over and over. Many people see earthquakes, hurricanes and related disasters coming, have prophesied it in advance. but really, A true prophet called by God will have Gods heart of mercy and compassion and desire to speak of the Good things He has coming... Often, prophets can pray for you and give you insight and direction into Gods love plan for your life, your destiny......
When you receive Jesus into your life and heart and receive His Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will often reveal things directly to you in advance. There are many examples and related information that you can read about, for some great sources to learn more, see Elijahlist.com or
kimclement.com and check related links from there.

True Prophets are called by God have revealed to them as the Holy Spirit wills and see in part.

God strongly warns us not to mess with astrology...Besides, why would you look to the stars for your answers when you can go directly to the ONE who made the stars, the source of all creation, the source of life, your life.

if there are clear events of well known results....because the same events happened before and lead to so & so...this makes predictions easier..but the sudden events..& rapid CHANGES of technology makes this a bit difficult...so most predictions nowaddays r not right...even if scientistists are doing their best...
