The little things that used to make me get up in the morning have now grown up and moved away, where they are having problems with their own little things.
Now what makes me want to get up in the morning is the fact that my husband makes the world's best coffee and it's waiting for me when I get up. It's served with a hug and a kiss, and makes a great start to the day.

The little little things are
To ensure your morning ablusions are over before the single rest room gets occupied by other office goers.
To go and fetch the cows milk fresh from the dairy before it is diluted with water or sold out.
To have the morning walk in the cool breeze before sun rise
To do the SUN WORSHIP before sun rise
To breathe the fresh air and do PRANAYAMA and get maximum oxygen before the air gets polluted
To help in other routine things at home so that all the office and school goers leave one by one without any hurry burry and infights.
To read the Headlines News and know about any power cuts or water cuts in our area or any traffic restrictions due to processions/ diversions and about bank strikes, or some such
BREAKING NEWS in TV/ NEWS etc.

The main reason I get up in the morning is that i am alive to live another day :) Besides that , the shining morning itself and the activities with my family that bonds us all .

knowing that at some point in that day someone, anyone will make me smile. Most likely someone will make me laugh. And almost definately I'll spend some time with someone i love.
be realistic, its them little things that are the ones worth living for.
the little laughs, the little memories, the insignificant things that we treasure.

I wouldn't exactly call it wanting to get up, but I am woken most mornings by a little man telling me he's done a smelly poo!

making a difference, friends, family, and just being alive. I was in a really bad car accident three weeks ago and I almost died and I am just happy to be alive with so many great friends who are there for me and have helped me through this tough time.

first of all, i have to use the restroom, decide to stay up and be thankful because i am not bedridden, especially being in the hospital for three months in the bed 2005. i was glad when i was able to get around again.
and now i am looking forward to getting my prosthetic leg, another reason to get up. i will be able to walk again soon.
